Payment Options

This page explains how you can pay at Felion London, when you are charged and how your payment details are protected.

Accepted payment methods

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major debit and credit cards via Shopify Payments.

Currency and VAT

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. You are charged in GBP. If a carrier ever asks you to pay import charges or fees on delivery, contact us before paying and we will resolve it with you.

No surcharges

We do not add a surcharge for any payment method. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

When you are charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. Your bank may briefly show a pending amount before the payment is finalised.

Fees from your bank

Felion London is operated by a company in the Netherlands. You pay in GBP, but some banks treat card payments to businesses outside the UK as international transactions and may charge their own fee. That fee comes from your bank, not from us; if you are unsure, check with your bank before you order.

How your payment is protected

Payments are processed over an encrypted connection by Shopify's checkout. Your card details go directly to the payment processor: we never see or store your full card number.

To protect you and us, orders are automatically checked for signs of fraud. Occasionally we may email you to confirm a detail before your order is dispatched.

If your payment doesn't go through

• check that your card details and billing address match what your bank has on file
• make sure your card is enabled for online purchases and for payments to businesses outside the UK
• try another payment method shown at checkout
• contact your bank, which can see why a payment was declined

Refunds

We refund you to your original payment method, in pounds sterling (GBP), within 14 days of receiving your return, or within 14 days of receiving your proof of posting if that is earlier. See our Refund Policy.

The Sinderen address is our registered company address. It is not a returns address and it is not open to visitors. We help by email only and reply to every email within 24 hours on business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
